EQUIPMENT NEEDED For Frozen Beverages: a blender, milk, and ice cubes For Hot beverages: steamed milk or/and an espresso machine with a steamer. For mocha sauces, you only need a dispensing pump. TROUBLESHOOT TIPS If your frappe is too runny/thin: add more ice cubes. If your frappe is too thick: reduce the amount of ice cubes. ORDER OF INGREDIENTS FOR FRAPPES #1 Liquid ingredients: espresso shot(s), coffee or milk #2 Powder mix #3 Ice cubes This will ensure that the powder mix does not stick to the blender, or to the ice cubes. STORAGE Our products do not have to be refrigerated even once they are opened (shelf stable). For optimum taste, store products in a dry environment away from the direct sunlight. |

HOW LONG SHOULD I BLEND? HOW TO ADD THE ESPRESSO SHOT?
It should take between 20 seconds to 30 seconds to reach the right consistency depending on the blender.
It should be easy to pour while still being frosty. We recommend keeping espresso shots in the fridge so that they are not added hot to the mix when you prepare your frozen beverage
OTHER APPLICATIONS FOR OUR PRODUCTS
You can make creamy milkshakes by adding ice cream to our mix. You can also add yogurt to make a frozen yogurt type of beverage.

GENERAL MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
STRAWBERRY CREME FRAPPE
Pour 5 fl.oz. (150 ml) milk, Biadgi Frappe Mix (80 gr), and 220 gr ice cubes, into a blender. Blend until smooth, pour into a cup, add whipped cream and drizzle with Biadgi Sauce. |

HOT SPICED CHAI
Steam 10 fl.oz (300 ml) milk and add 40 gr Biadgi Chai Mix. Stir until smooth. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. ICED LATTE Combine 2 fl.oz. (60 ml) steamed milk with 40 gr Biadgi Frappe Powder and 1 espresso shot into a cup. Stir well, add 6 fl.oz. (180 ml) cold milk and fill the cup with ice cubes. Add whipped cream and drizzle with Biadgi sauce. |
MILKSHAKE
Combine into a blender: 1 fl.oz. (30 ml) Biadgi Sauce, 3 scoops of ice cream, 2 fl.oz. (60 ml) cold milk. Blend until smooth and top with whipped cream. MILKSHAKE
