MAIN RECIPES AND POSTERS
ICE-BLENDED FRAPPE
5 fl.oz. (150 ml) cold milk, ​Biadgi  Frappe Mix (80 gr), 220 gr ice cubes,  into a  blender. 
​Blend until smooth,  pour into a cup.

HOT CHOCOLATE
10 fl.oz. (300 ml) steamed milk, 40 gr Biadgi  Hot Cocoa Powder.
Stir well and top with whipped cream.

ICED MOCHA 
1 espresso shot, 1 fl.oz. (30 ml) Biadgi  sauce.
Sti
r well,  fill cup with ice cubes and pour cold milk over.

HOT MOCHA 
1 espresso shot, 12 fl.oz. (360 ml) milk, 1 fl.oz. (30 ml) Biadgi  Sauce.  ​
Stir well and pour into a cup.

HOT MATCHA GREEN LATTE
10 fl.oz. (300 ml) steamed milk, 40 gr Biadgi  Matcha Green Tea Latte Powder.
Stir well and top with whipped cream.

ICED MATCHA GREEN TEA LATTE
2 fl.oz. (60 ml) steamed milk, 8 fl.oz. (240 ml) steamed milk,   40 gr   Biadgi  Matcha Green Tea Latte Powder.
Stir well steamed milk and Biadgi Powder. Then, add ice cubes to cup and pour cold milk over.

HOT CHAI LATTE
10 fl.oz. (300 ml) steamed milk, 40 gr   Biadgi    Chai Latte Powder.
Stir well and top with whipped cream.

ICED CHAI LATTE
2 fl.oz. (60 ml) steamed milk, 8   fl.oz. (240 ml) steamed milk,   40 gr Biadgi  Chai Latte Powder.
Stir well steamed milk and Biadgi Powder. Then, add ice cubes to cup and pour cold milk over.

MILKSHAKE
1 fl.oz. (30 ml) Biadgi  Sauce, 3 scoops of ice cream, 2 fl.oz. (60 ml) cold milk. ​ Blend until smooth and top with whipped cream.
MILKSHAKE
60 gr Biadgi  Powder Base, 150 gr ice cubes, 4 fl.oz. (120 ml) cold milk.  ​
Blend until smooth and top with whipped cream.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
​EQUIPMENT NEEDED
For Frozen Beverages: a blender, milk, and ice cubes
For Hot beverages: steamed milk or/and an espresso machine with a steamer.
For mocha sauces, you only need a dispensing pump.

TROUBLESHOOT TIPS
If your frappe is too runny/thin: add more ice cubes.
If your frappe is too thick:
reduce the amount of ice cubes.
ORDER OF INGREDIENTS FOR FRAPPES
#1 Liquid ingredients: espresso shot(s), coffee or milk
#2 Powder mix

#3 Ice cubes
This will ensure that the powder mix does not stick to the blender, or to the ice cubes.

STORAGE
Our products do not have to be refrigerated even once they are opened (shelf stable). 
For optimum taste, store products in a dry environment away from the direct sunlight.

HOW MUCH PRODUCT TO USE FOR A FRAPPE?
1.5 scoops (60 gr) for 12 fl.oz. drinks and 2 scoops (80 gr) for 16 fl.oz drinks 
HOW LONG SHOULD I BLEND? HOW TO ADD THE ESPRESSO SHOT?
It should take between 20 seconds to 30 seconds to reach the right consistency depending on the blender.
It should be easy to pour while still being frosty.
We recommend keeping espresso shots in the fridge so that they are not added hot to the mix when you prepare your frozen beverage
OTHER APPLICATIONS FOR OUR PRODUCTS
You can make creamy milkshakes by adding ice cream to our mix. You can also add yogurt to make a frozen yogurt type of beverage.
