Directions
Soft Serve Ice Cream: Fill a bucket with 1 gallon of cold water, pour bag content into it, whisk well for 2 minutes until powder mix is totally dissolved, refrigerate for 30mn and then pour into your commercial soft serve machine.
Yield: Each bag will yield approximately 41 servings of ½ cup cone (87g) size, based on a 35% soft serve overrun (for a rich creamy mouthfeel)
Easy Milkshake: In a blender, mix 5oz (150ml) milk, 100gr Biadgi soft serve mix and 180gr ice cubes. Blend until smooth, pour into cup and top with whipped cream.
