PREMIUM SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM MIXES

Direction to Use:
SOFT SERVE: Fill a bucket with 1 gallon of cold water, pour bag content into it, whisk well for 2 minutes until powder mix is totally dissolved, refrigerate for 30mn and then pour into your commercial soft serve machine.
YIELD: Each bag will yield approximately 38 servings of ½ cup cone (87g) size, based on a 35% soft serve overrun (for a rich creamy mouthfeel)
MILKSHAKE
#1 - Mix 5oz (150ml) milk, 80gr Biadgi soft serve mix and 200gr ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth, pour into cup and top with whipped cream.
#2 - For an even thicker milkshake: fill serving cup with soft serve, add 30gr Biadgi soft serve mix, 3oz (90ml) milk, and blend serving cup with a milkshake maker.
